I am a licensed Counseling Psychologist specializing in the treatment and prevention of eating disorders, addictions and co-morbid conditions with over 17 years experience. I bring a compassionate and warm energy to my clients. I offer individual, couples and family therapy for people ages 17 and above. I work with clients to improve self-worth, identify barriers to progress, reduce shame and develop powerful strategies to begin and maintain their objectives. My counseling approach is to listen nonjudgementally, providing guidance and feedback by helping clients create effective and personalized solutions to their treatment needs.
