As a Life Coach, Therapist and Consultant, I have spent over 30 yrs assisting individuals improve their quality of lives, relationships, navigate life transitions, process trauma and grief and the challenge of having both addiction and psychiatric disorders. I have an MS in Org Dev, worked as an HR and EAP Professional, and provided consultation and training to employees, leaders, and organizations.
