Accepting New Clients / For the past fifteen years it has been my privilege and honor to have worked with numerous clients in assisting them on their journey toward self-healing. I have worked diligently to help each of them better understand whatever issues have impacted the quality of their life and have taught them coping skills using primarily cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as other helpful modalities such as Mindfulness and Psychodynamic Therapy. I have observed that these modalities have aided my clients in setting goals and improved their ability to function more effectively in life. I welcome you.
