Anne-Marie Urbanski is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been working as a mental health clinician since 2020. Prior to working as a mental health clinician, she was a high school counselor for seven years. Anne-Marie has a Bachelor of Arts in Family and Child Studies and a Master of Arts in Counseling, both from Montclair State University. Anne-Marie believes therapy is not a one size fits all, and prefers to use an eclectic approach. She will provide a holistic approach to therapy, and it will be delivered in a warm, compassionate, non-judgmental manner. Anne-Marie’s main areas of focus are depression and anxiety.
