Having worked in a variety of settings, (inpatient, intensive outpatient and private practice) I have worked with and treated all types of disorders. I specialize primarily in treating mood disorders as well as addiction. With all my clients I employ an underlying humanistic approach based on the belief that each individual has the answers within himself or herself, and in working together we can uncover these answers. With a humanistic approach as my foundation, I then implement a variety of other techniques and modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, transpersonal therapy as well as mindfulness and meditation techniques.
