I am a counseling intern currently pursuing my degree in the Human Development Counseling Program at the University of Illinois Springfield, where I am developing expertise in evidence-based therapeutic practices. I provide counseling services at Pepper Brown and Associates in Springfield, Illinois, under the clinical supervision of Tracy Howland, LCPC. Central to my therapeutic philosophy is the creation of an authentic, compassionate alliance with each client. I believe the counseling space should be one where you feel safe to explore your genuine thoughts and feelings without judgment.
