I strive to create a safe space for healing and empowerment for whoever seeks therapy. My passion is working with those who are LGBTQ+ (including letters for gender affirming care), neurodivergent, or who have experienced trauma. I believe that therapy does not have to be a negative or scary experience. Together, we will work on identifying your unique strengths and abilities while developing coping, communication, and self-care strategies in a safe, caring, and nonjudgmental environment. My cat Khufu, a hairless Sphynx (not hypoallergenic), is a Therapy Cat; he only attends appointments of clients who want him there. I have taken pieces from several treatment methods to create my own unique style. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space. You're the expert on you, and I have a lot of different tools.
