I care deeply about helping adults with anxiety, grief and major life change learn to cope with genuine compassion and reverence for the web of their life experiences. I work with people who feel trapped by self doubt, endless thought spirals, unfulfilling relationships, or patterns that are hard to break. We are not meant to go through any of these things alone. I help to re-ground, create new meaning in life, and enhance emotional intelligence. I enjoy working with women across the lifespan, those going through major life transitions, concerns related to pregnancy/postpartum, new grads, and those who have lost someone they love.
