I am a licensed clinical social worker providing psychotherapy to individuals, families, couples, and groups. My approach is collaborative, warm, and compassionate and includes a blended approach of therapeutic modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Somatic and Mindfulness Based Strategies, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
