Dr. Sabraski specializes in providing therapy to children and teenagers, particularly those with a history of adjustment disorders, trauma, domestic violence, Down syndrome, and general struggles with anxiety and depression. Dr. Sabraski especially enjoys working with adolescents and teenagers as they navigate the many life transitions, relationship changes, and self-growth that occurs during this period of life. This can be a very challenging and distressing time in a young person’s life, and throughout her experience Dr. Sabraski has developed extensive proficiency in working with this population.
