My clients are usually adults who feel overwhelmed by their symptoms. They may be dealing with ADHD or autism, be experiencing high levels of anxiety or depression, or be diagnosed with bipolar disorder. I also work with people who have experienced trauma, particularly those with C-PTSD. As a neurodivergent therapist myself, I especially enjoy working with neurodiverse adults, as I understand some of the unique issues they face. My clients want to better understand themselves, and they are looking to manage emotions, improve relationships, and create balance in their lives.
