I bring to it compassion, 23 years of experience, and extensive skills in working with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, grief and loss, adjustment disorders, and family dynamics. I believe managing life's challenges and transitions is most effective through helping clients utilize their own inner strengths and resources to change their thinking and behaviors. Through the pandemic, I came to believe that working virtually provides a variety of therapeutic advantages such as allowing the client to participate from his or her own comfortable space and without geographic limitations.
