Do you struggle on the inside, even when others see you as capable? Maybe you criticize yourself or think you should be achieving more, even if successful in many areas. You may be frustrated, disappointed, ashamed, or even angry, but don’t understand why. Instead of cycles of self-criticism, hiding or numbing your pain, and giving up on your dreams, I invite you to work with me to unravel the knots, to develop an understanding of how you got here so that you gain (or regain) respect, trust, and care for yourself, and ultimately are clear about the choices you make when faced with an imperfect world. I work with adults and adolescents who find themselves at odds with their situation, particularly with those who find themselves facing a crisis - such as sudden loss, medical diagnosis, workplace burnout, academic failure - which brings older, chronic, historical or even intergenerational injuries to light. I work dynamically, combining depth and breadth.
