Sexuality is part of our core identity. I provide a judgment-free space to help foster connections to love, intimacy, desire, and pleasure. I work with sexual connection, sexual trauma, kink, fertility (IUI, IVF, adoption, etc). and sex post-partum. I also offer support to address male confidence, premature ejaculation, and anxiety. I love facilitating couples healing from infidelity and individuals making sense of complex sexual histories. I see cis-hetero & LGBTQIA+ populations in traditional or non-traditional relationships. I use somatic interventions to help you and your partner(s) connect. I use the foundations of IFS, narrative, and attachment methodologies to guide our work and normalize sexual satisfaction.
