Welcome! Taking care of yourself is vital these days, and the barriers are daunting, but you are here, so that is worth celebrating! When you create space for self-exploration and the space to honor your own grief as well as the time to develop skills to learn how to more compassionately manage your emotions, you show up more fully and authentically in your relationships, and you are incredibly brave! I aim to offer that space for you to connect with the inner strength you undoubtedly have - the strength that has led you through your life thus far, in order to release what no longer serves you. You ARE capable of transforming maladaptive beliefs that lead you to feel "stuck" and caught in low vibrational emotional states. You CAN adopt more values aligned behaviors, and reclaim your inherent right to a joyful life! Therapy can help you to remember who you are beyond what happened to you. Parts of us may be more ready than others, and that's OK.
