I believe in being non-judgmental and that when you feel comfortable and trusting you can then explore, and often resolve, whatever problems you are facing. I think it is important for you to be mindful of your thoughts and beliefs to better understand patterns in your life. I will encourage you to be MINDFUL of how you respond to others and to your environment as a means of learning about yourself. I believe change happens when we carefully examine our beliefs and behaviors, then decide to do something differently.
