I work collaboratively with my clients to help them overcome the pain of past traumatic experiences. Helping my clients to develop a strong "sense of self " in turn yields a person with increased motivation and self empowerment. I truly believe that the therapeutic alliance is at the center of treatment, which fosters a safe environment for you to speak freely and genuinely while remaining open to interpretation of defense mechanisms related to past traumas.
