To fix a problem you first need to know what the problem is, and self-awareness is key in this process. You are looking for a therapist either because you have found the courage to take a closer look at yourself, or you are looking for help in finding that courage. I will be by your side as you examine whatever stumbling blocks are interfering with your journey at the moment. Together we will look at your structures, beliefs, stories and habits. Are they serving you or are they getting in the way of your growth, relationships and life experience? I provide a non-judgmental and safe space for you to explore, feel, be silent, argue, cry, heal, laugh and tell your story. I believe you already have the wisdom and strength to do the work, we just have to bring it forth to the present moment.
