I work with adults 55 + in CA, AZ, FL, ME , OH who are dealing with big life changes illness, caregiving, grief, retirement, or simply finding themselves in a chapter they didn’t plan for. A lot of my clients come in because something has shifted. A diagnosis. A loss. The exhaustion of caring for someone else. Or that feeling “This isn’t the life I pictured.” I’ve worked for many years alongside palliative care teams and with people living with serious illness. I understand how overwhelming medical decisions, uncertainty, and anticipatory grief can be. I don’t just understand this work professionally — I’ve lived parts of it.
