I am a Clinical Fellow of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and a member of the EMDR International Association. My treatment approach includes Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, and EMDR. I offer tele-counseling via Doxy, a HIPAA-compliant service. My primary goal is to help the client find their own unique path to a thriving, high-functioning new beginning.
