Navigating relationship stress, personal discouragement, loneliness, anxiety, trauma, or loss by ourselves can feel so overwhelming. I believe that healing begins when another person bears witness to our deepest fears, hopes, and longings. Together, we can untangle patterns that block connection and then foster real change within you. With a depth-oriented lens that gets right to the point, I team up with you to create safety, self-acceptance, and real growth. Therapy is a space to slow down and find peace within; I believe it’s work worth doing together. We will focus on your symptoms then dig deeper to the roots of lasting change. I have advanced training in anxiety, spirituality, identity development, and emotionally focused couples therapy. I am particularly interested in identity issues, depression, couple's therapy, pre-marital therapy, anxiety, spirituality, loss, intimacy issues, trauma, and personal depth work. I work with teens, young adults, couples, and adults.
