Hey there! Help is one of the hardest words to say, in addition to anemone or Worcestershire. I love to work with people who want to work on reconnection to themselves. Oftentimes, we lose ourselves in trauma, substance use, depression, anxiety, amongst other things, and it can be difficult to remember who we are. I also have an interest in working with body image concerns, disordered eating, LGBTQIA2S+ concerns, and dual diagnosis of both mental health and substance use. As a dually-licensed clinician, I bring additional methodologies and ways to work on helping you achieve your goals. I work on utilizing creative, person-centered skills to help improve internal connection. I also enjoy using somatic and experiential therapies, including Internal Family Systems.
