For over 33 years, I have worked with individuals, couples, and groups to help them manage stress, heal emotional wounds, and bring into awareness past learning that may block happiness today. Individuals want direct but supportive listening and honest feedback. My desire is to gently motivate, educate, and inspire Individuals to establish healthy emotional boundaries. Individuals will feel motivated, educated, and inspired to establish healthy emotional boundaries so that they can positively and productively increase their self-confidence and self-esteem.
