In a world that can feel overwhelming at times, I seek to provide a safe and affirming space where you can feel comfortable showing up just as you are. I approach my work through a lens that is trauma-informed, person-centered and strengths-based. From a place of gentle curiosity and a deep respect for each person’s unique lived experiences, I am passionate about providing a nurturing space where we can work together to identify and build on your strengths, fostering hope and personal growth. Utilizing modalities that include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), DBT skills, and motivational interviewing, I work to create treatment approaches that are best suited to meet each person’s needs. I am also trained in providing LGBTQ+ affirming CBT. My dog Woodson, who has a calm and joyful nature, can be a part of our work together if you would like.
