I have been practicing in the field of mental health for many years. With so many years of experience, I have been able to strengthen my clinical skills and develop my clinical expertise to help you achieve your unique goals. I continue to educate myself and implement evidence based programs. Some of these models include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and a Mindfulness based approach. Over the years, I have provided clinical therapy to countless individuals and couples. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, loss and grief as well as gender identity self acceptance. I am an avid supporter of the LGBTQ community.
