I provide therapy utilizing a client-centered approach to best meet your unique needs and actively engage you in your mental health recovery and wellness. I am passionate about empowering clients and offering a supportive, judgement free environment. I am skilled at working with diverse populations and have supervised various levels of mental health and co-occurring disorder programs. I have worked with adolescents and adults who have experienced anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal difficulties, co-occurring disorders, brain injuries, serious and persistent mental illness, substance abuse, and various other MH issues. For some, reaching out for help or getting started is the most difficult step. To help ease the process, I offer a 15 minute free phone consultation to help determine if I'm the right fit for you.
