Let's be real...if you are coming to my office it's not because things are great! Your life may be filled with anxiety, grief, trauma, career or relationship issues. Whatever the case, I hope to offer you a comfortable place where you can kick off your shoes, and express your conflicts, emotions, and innermost thoughts with someone who will strive to give you honest and authentic feedback without judgment of your character. My specialties include working with grief, anxiety, depression, and trauma. While I work with all sorts of populations, I have much experience working with First Responders/Health Care workers, and the Neurodivergent Population and their caretakers. I am EMDR trained. I am also CISM trained to help facilitate Critical Incidents.
