I provide in-person therapy in Crystal Lake, serving clients in the northwest Chicago suburbs, and offer telehealth therapy throughout Illinois. I work with teens, adults, couples, and families who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions, and provide LGBTQIA+, transgendered-affirming care, sex-positive, and kink-allied care. I specialize in healing from narcissistic abuse & relationship trauma. I am especially passionate about woman's mental health, including PMDD, perimenopause, and menopause related concerns.
