Seeking therapy is an invaluable investment in oneself, and I believe it is my job as a therapist to empower clients to find and live their own paths and truths. The path to healing begins with a trusting and accepting therapist-client relationship; I provide a space that recognizes and centers the unique strengths, values, and lived experiences of each individual, and I seek to partner with clients to best meet their needs.
