I am now accepting new clients. I work with clients to explore past experiences and life transitions that are affecting their lives. Through weekly sessions, we will work through self exploration, personal concerns and life challenges. We will explore circumstances that can be changed, those that cannot be changed, and how to discern the difference. We will also discuss and practice various coping mechanisms that can help clients improve their lives. Therapy is a gift to yourself!
