Hello! Hola! First of all I want to acknowledge that seeking therapy can be a difficult decision, and I commend you for taking this step towards improving your mental health and well-being. As a therapist my goal is to empower others by helping them recognize their own strengths, self-worth and to help them build effective skills as they work through the healing process and regain control of their lives.
