We will work together at your own pace and when you work with me, I will empower you to accomplish your goals one step at a time. I work with pre-teens, adolescents and adults. I have an eclectic spiritual approach and work with low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, eating disorders, anger management and coping with chronic illness.
