Welcome. I work with adults who want to get better at understanding and parenting themselves, so they can show up in their lives the way they want to. This might mean exploring relationship challenges, family of origin, people pleasing, confusing or contradictory emotions, a biting inner critic, self-worth, anxiety, life transitions, trauma history, or mood management. Most folks I work with are women and/or LGBTQIA+. My demeanor is kind, protective, and occasionally irreverent.
