Hi, Annie Altenor is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-QS). She has a Master’s degree in Social Worker from Barry University. She has over 8 years of experience working with individuals and families helping them navigate life’s most challenging transitions. Annie has experience working in a wide range of populations in various settings from End of Life, mental health, caregivers and veterans, adults struggling with career stress and burnout. Annie specializes in working with anxiety, depression, adjustment to life stressors, professional development, veterans and Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Annie is known for her compassionate, solution-oriented, and person-centered approach to therapy. She believes in meeting clients where they are and walking with them on their journey toward healing and growth. She utilizes a holistic approach with a mix of interventions such as evidenced-based, cognitive behavior, motivational and psychodynamic therapy.
