Life comes with a lot of changes, ups, and downs, and at times those experiences can feel heavy or overwhelming. You may be dealing with anxiety, sadness, or the impact of past experiences that still show up in your life today. In our work together, my goal is to help you make sense of what you’ve been through and to find ways to feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself and others.I work with children ages six and up, teens, young adults, adults, and couples. Together, we’ll focus on building understanding, coping skills, and meaningful change that feels sustainable and true to you.
