Not accepting new clients (1/19/26) I enjoy exploring patterns from people’s past to their present, looking at a situation and considering different perspectives or ways of understanding it, and supporting building coping strategies to fit what they need. I find a groove with those looking to process, grow, or change from their current experiences with anxiety, relationships (familial, platonic, romantic, or otherwise), career, or grief. My hope is that when you leave our sessions, you find the time to be purposeful, meaningful, and productive. You can expect me to come to sessions with warmth, kindness, and compassion for our collaborative work together. I aim for my role to be relational, attuning to you and being explorative alongside you. I expect people to come to sessions ready with what they’d like to talk about, engaged in the process, and open to possibilities.
