My approach to working with clients of any age is to meet them where they are on the developmental timeline and to work around the places that have become complicated. I focus on strengths and bring a holistic lens. With children, teens and parents I form an interactive partnership where I offer support and thoughtfulness to understand concerns and improve skills for navigating challenging ways of being in the world. In work with adults, I am committed to developing a shared view of concerns. I individualize interventions and negotiate a mutually agreed upon set of goals to help you move towards desired life changes.
