I am trained in Emotionally-Focused Couples and Family Therapy (EFT) and do individual therapy for teens (12+) and adults. In addition to my professional training, my therapy is informed by my previous work as a classroom teacher, school leader, and wilderness therapy guide. I strive to create a warm environment where clients feel safe to bring all parts of themselves. I see my clients as collaborators, and if you choose to work with me, we will work together to set goals, to evaluate our progress and to respond to your needs as they evolve.
