The world is heavy and complicated right now; and especially for those that have the added stress of navigating unique medical challenges, educational struggles, identity exploration, or other special needs. These challenges can lead to feelings of being anxious, unseen, and misunderstood. My experience of guiding youth on backcountry trails, stabilizing crisis, and working with students/parents with special needs has afforded me a skillset that includes a calm, nonjudgmental, and gentle presence. I enjoy helping all ages build meaning and authenticity through the many adjustments of life's greatest and hardest moments. View 4 Photos A fun fact about me: I have a background in theatre. This allows me a way to bring lightness, warmth, and resilience into the room, even when the work is heavy.
