I began my career 20 years ago in hospitals, working with individuals suffering from chronic illnesses, high-risk pregnancy, and loss. Since leaving hospital work, my clients have grown to include those moving through life transitions with anxiety and depression including women finding themselves in a complicated fertility journey. I also see clients looking for peace and wellness through a deeper reflective mindfulness approach, requesting MBCT specific therapy.
