I work with adults and couples seeking support for addiction, betrayal, infidelity, anxiety, and trauma. As a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist, I offer calm, direct guidance and a grounded space for healing. I integrate EMDR, CBT, Gottman Therapy, and a healthy developmental model to help clients recover and strengthen their relationships.
