Let’s face it: being human is hard. Even when “everything is ok,” we live at one million miles per minute resulting in stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. I am an avid believer that we are all capable of living the lives we want, but sometimes we need someone to support us by means of facilitating exploration, understanding, and acceptance of ourselves and circumstances. "Satisfaction" is not attained by "perfection," rather, it stems from the ability to confidently navigate challenges through value driven decision making. Furthermore, as our lives change and we evolve across the lifespan, this process is likely to change.
