I work with families in their many forms - children, parents and the family system. Clients present with a range of mental and emotional challenges including: relational and attachment issues, anxiety, depression, parenting stresses, OCD, and trauma. I believe that we are relational beings who thrive when we feel connected to ourselves, those close to us and our communities. I take a thoughtful, compassionate, and sometimes playful approach to therapy. I am an active participant in our conversations, offering insights and feedback. Working together, we will move toward closing the space between intention and action.
