My name is Annie Kowalski and I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor located in Plymouth, MA. I have been providing mental health services for adults, children, and families, within the public school system and in private practice, for over 20 years. In addition to virtual sessions I provide in-person equine facilitated therapy sessions. Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy incorporates animals and nature to provide an enhanced therapeutic experience.
