Having the ability to express yourself freely and without judgment is an essential part of therapy, and the relationship between client and therapist is a key aspect of this. As a social worker, I recognize the importance of human relationships and the environment we live in, as well as the negative impact they have on our ability to function. I utilize a person-centered, strengths based approach to understand individuals as a whole, and work collaboratively with clients to address their challenges and reach their goals. I provide individual therapy focusing on anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. My clinical background includes working with clients across the lifespan in a variety of settings. I specialize in working with young adults and members of the LGBTQ+ community. I provide both telehealth and in-person therapy sessions, with the option of working with the farm animals, as my office is located on The Healing Path care farm.
