Welcome! I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in work with couples and families. I am accepting new clients for in-person, online, or outdoor sessions. I believe one of the bravest and most loving things we can do in our lives is to attend to our intimate relationships. This practice is not always modeled for us and yet it impacts almost every aspect of our lives. When working with couples and families I honor the unique gifts each individual brings to the relationship while also identifying areas where healing and growth are possible. My sessions combine depth work with practical tools and support. View 4 Photos I am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS Level 1) and appreciate the intuitive, gentle nature of this approach and how helpful it can be when addressing relational challenges with our partners and families. I am also a Registered Nurse, a Certified Forest Therapy Guide, and a Poetry Therapy facilitator and am trained in EMDR.
