I love working with college age/young adults, and adults. At times, school, home life, and transitions to college or living on your own can be tough to navigate. Life can become overwhelming and we lose insight into our abilities to problem solve, stay organized, and cope with stress, anxiety, or depression. I want to work with you to improve your executive functioning skills, find and use your strengths, increase your self-esteem, re-develop and create new coping strategies, and utilize the resources and connections in your community so you feel supported and in control.
