I am passionate about helping people navigate life's challenges and implementing positive changes in their daily lives. I have always been interested in humans and their unique experiences, leading me to pursue a career in the counseling space. I work to create a collaborative, empathetic space for clients to learn more about themselves and challenge themselves to grow, and I believe that the therapeutic relationship itself can be healing. If you are someone struggling to navigate anxiety, depression, substance use, or experiencing any shift that is causing stress and discomfort, please do not hesitate to reach out. I am a licensed professional counselor and a board-certified music therapist. I have professional experience with adults in recovery from substance use, older adults with and without memory issues, young adults in life transitions, and adolescents with various diagnoses. I love combining talk therapy with creative practices such as music or art.
