My ideal client is someone who is carrying more than they have ever said out loud. They may be navigating stress, trauma, life changes, high-stress careers, or patterns that are no longer serving them. They want a space where they feel safe, understood, and not judged. Their goals often include building coping skills, understanding themselves more deeply, creating healthier relationships, and to grow. Ultimately, they want to feel grounded, supported, and are able to move from surviving to truly living.
