I provide empathy & compassion to create a safe space for people to heal. Together we create a therapeutic relationship that allows for creativity & reflection. The human psyche can be a rather dark place. I shine light on areas that need attention. Ultimately, this helps us learn what is needed for you to grow & thrive. I have worked in shelters for unhoused teenagers & families, correctional facilities, organizations for survivors of domestic violence & sexual assault & on the behavioral health unit at a hospital for children & teenagers. I focus on psycho-somatic practices to bring balance into the lives of my clients.
